Our Story

Established in 2018, Colour Exchange is a trusted Sydney-based provider of painting, repair, and maintenance services.

We operate as a single-source solution for all painting, repairs, and maintenance needs, including gyprock repair, mould removal, sanding, and carpentry. We specialise in tailored solutions for projects across commercial, residential, new painting projects, strata, industrial, heritage, and government sectors, including property management, education, and healthcare facilities.

John Tsougranis, the Director, guides the company with 22 years of expertise in the painting and maintenance industry, after completing his apprenticeship through the Master Painters Association. He is passionate about restoring and enhancing older buildings.

Critical Capabilities

• Accreditations and Compliance: We are accredited to Dulux specifications. We are CM3 certified and strictly adhere to safety regulations, including Safe Work Australia standards. We are fully licensed and carry $20 million Public Liability Insurance.
• Environmental Care: We use low VOC paints like Dulux Enviro™ to create a healthier environment. We manage waste responsibly, using Dulux EnviroWash bins to ensure no paint enters the drain and returning empty drums for recycling.
• Workforce: Our team includes licensed and qualified tradespeople skilled in abseiling, EWP operations, and spray painting, allowing us to manage high-access painting and remedial works.
